The sheer lack of leadership from law firm management here is astounding. If you/we have the resources to work from home, why the hell are we not doing that?

Law firm and leadership should never be put in the same sentence. I’m yet to meet a partner who could lead a starving camel to a pond six feet away.

For my firm, I think attorneys are not being allowed to work from home because there is no way of allowing staff to do so without halting a major part of our case load...
