If someone put down papers on July month. Will they get bonus?

I have cctc as 11lpa after promoted to SA it went to 14.3lpa ~30% and bonus is 1.46 lpa tier 1 and my experience is 5y 6 m is this the expected hike in market or should I switch

Tier1, 10%hike and 23%bonus. Happy for bonus and sad for hike.
