My CTC was ₹7 LPA in Jul 2019. After my first switch (The only switch I have made so far), it increased to ₹11.5 LPA in Jan 2022. As of today, my CTC is ₹20.5 LPA, and I have 7 years of total work experience. Am I underpaid? Is it time for me to switch?
