Hi PwC Acceleration Centers

I have 8+ years of experience and currently work as a Senior Associate in CSX as a React Developer.

This year, I received a 3% salary hike and a 5% bonus. I fall under Tier 3. My Current CTC 22LPA.

I wanted to understand whether this is the standard outcome for employees in Tier 3 or if others have received different increments and bonus percentages.

Could anyone share their hike and bonus details for comparison? I would appreciate any insights.

What is the average paralegal salary in NC for a commercial real estate law office? I’ve been with a great firm for the last 9 years but am starting to wonder if I’m being compensated fairly. The company is about 30 employees (mostly attorneys) but I work primary for 4 of the attorneys.

If someone joins a company at a high level within the firm but at a relatively much lower salary than peers at that level....... Does that reflect poorly on the individual?

Asking for wife who's also in banking. If she got ~$100k in signing bonus in 2019 for 1 year commitment in CA and started FT in July 2020, assuming she leaves before July 2021, can her employer claw back full amount in California? Some say it's much tougher to do so under CA law but wonder if anyone has any insights. Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np.
