I landed an accountant role at a non financial company and coming from a 2 year financial services line myself. They seem to be understanding and want the ex B4 employee on the team. I don't think they (and others in non FS) realize how different it really is.

Shouldn't be too hard. I have a friend who is a "senior financial analyst" a year after being a customer service rep. Of course what im really saying is "analyst" titles usually don't mean anything.
