I refuse to move strictly because I can’t find decent food anywhere else

I have 3 Years in public and 3 years in industry, I could easily see my Manager not moving up for the next 3 years.

Should I start looking elsewhere or stay where i’m at?

Also have my CPA.

I am in audit practice . Is it hard to get a 4 weeks of holiday in January to February? Not for vacation it’s for family medical emergency
