What did they offer you to start?

Haven’t been offered anything yet so don’t but want to go into negotiation without any anchor point. It will be a phone call so need to come into the call with a number in mind.

Really depends on location, size of company, etc. Ballpark I’d say base should be at least $190 - $200k. What’s your current base, OP?

Seems about right with Sc1 but again need to know your current base to answer better.

Current base is $170k

200 would be the number with bonus op. You can ask more and settle at 200 if thats the number you are looking for.

Say 250 and see what they come back with.
