Implementation Coach is a Business Analyst equivalent role. Sr.Imp Coach is an Associate equivalent role.
M1 - are you sure? Recruiter told me that Implementation Coach is equivalent to Fellow Associate and Senior Implementation Coach is equivalent to Associate
Op: mck experiences may be different wrt to networking but you don’t see too many projects in org design. My knowledge is limited though. If you really enjoy that stuff go for it :).

Org design and tech implementation is different right? I meant org design projects are not that common.
There is no fellow ‘associate’ role. A fellow is the same as a business analyst. Look at the response to question 2 here:
