Firstly, take a copy of all the communications (if available in mail) and forward it in your personal email.
Secondly, drop an email to your manager to check why the discrepancy. Email is best as you’ll be leaving & all correspondence should be now on email. Because I believe they didn’t tell you over mail how the calculations will be done.
If required have a discussion after the mail to clarify & also check with HR.

Hi Author. Did you get this sorted? I am facing a similar dilemma here. they were supposed to send around 3 Lacs in Fnf but sent 38k. No idea what's happening at their end. No settlement letter as well.
