So a recruiter approached me a while ago for a more technology oriented position, but I need some advice on how to handle technical interviews with Google (have one coming very soon) since I butchered the last one a few years back (as a freshman) and I haven't done a technical coding interview in quite a while... Does anyone have any tips or advice? Or know anything that I can expect and prepare for?

Hello - A Canadian startup based in Toronto that is interested in hiring developers who have recently landed in Canada with valid permanent residency status or at least an open work visa specifically for software development . They should have fullstack skills , with PHP, .NET as the backend (front end happens to be svelte / vuejs, standard HTML, CSS) . if anyone has had experience working with agencies that have such individuals available for work, and can recommend one that would be great.

How do you feel about the guilty verdict in the RaDonda Vaught case? It seems she made a genuine mistake. I understand it cost someone their life, which is very unfortunate, but homicide?

I was contacted by a start up a couple of weeks ago and was invited for an interview. They really liked my background (physics and data science) and wanted someone young/entry level to hire. I completed 2 interviews (general & technical) and I think they went pretty okay. After the first interview, I heard back the next day. The second interview was last Friday and I still haven't heard back. Is this normal? I know for big companies it is but for a small start-up I'm starting to get worried...

How do you split your expenses with your significant other? Boyfriend asked me to split an activity cost. Normally, he covers everything, except meals. We usually alternate meals, but he grabs most.
