I’m in TAS and can say it’s great. Just a great group of people and everyone seems to be enjoying working here. Hours are also great - there’s barely any overtime and they’re doing everything they can not to overwork people. We’re also fully remote
Right now everyone has the option to be fully remote. No mandates to return to the office have been announced. I think it may be a hybrid in the future. But I know many offices and teams have hired people who live in distant cities/states and can't do hybrid and would be fully remote.
I say pursue it. I'm not in TAS, but the people I know in TAS seem to really like their work and teams. Do you need a connection back into the firm?
