Are you asking for feedback when you aren’t offered? “Thank you for letting me know. Is there any feedback that you can share so that I can implement as I continue by job search?”
Also, my favorite closing question before you wrap with each person, “Is there anything about my background or our conversation that gives you pause or that I can clarify further?”
Then you can use those data points to improve and move forward.
