Definitely worth if you ever travel on your own dime (vacations?). The $300 annual travel credit helps bring down the fee. 100k points plus points are worth 1.5x on travel. Also 3x travel and dining.

Also access to all the airport lounges even if you're traveling for work.

I have it and the day I charged a $150 rental car I had $150 travel credit, charged $50 at a hotel, $50 on travel credit.. I love it!

Think PwC is overselling with all lounges. It's just like Amex Plat - Priority Pass lounges
