I am trying to apply for a position through the Accenture portal, but I am unable to proceed as the system displays the error message "Application Already Exists." At times, it also shows "Please try again after 30 minutes." I contacted candidate.queries@accenture.com and was advised to have the referral employee raise a ticket through the Snow portal under Category: Referrals and Subcategory: Technical Issue.
Can anyone raise ticket in snow tool? if yes pls DM. Accenture
