I have a friend who is very intelligent and from a top tier b-school but somehow can't seem to gel well with the bosses at his company.
He is smart and can solve complex issues, but makes silly mistakes or forgets things, he can't read people, their tones and act accordingly (if you know what I mean) which is why he is not the kind of person who will be a favourite of the bosses.

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
Now half of the people I asked saying I won't get salary for August as well and half saying i will get salary for August. Can anyone confirm on this?
