Accenture folks, need some guidance.

I have an existing Workday candidate profile with 2 withdrawn applications and no active applications.

When employees try to refer me for a new Job ID, they get:

"Candidate already exists in our system (Referral Event)"

Is this expected for existing candidates? Is there a waiting period after withdrawing applications, or a different referral process for existing profiles?

Any insights would be appreciated.

McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).

Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

Interested plz DM with job role to apply

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

I work mainly with react, TS, node, graphql, mongoose and mongoDB.
