I have an opportunity to move from RSM to Big4 as a first year manager. Curious if anyone out there has made a similar move? Was it difficult to move from a midsize firm to Big4?

Thinking of a move to Deutsche and wondering what the work life balance is like in their audit teams as well as the culture.
