Honestly I'd rather have a patient like this, than one who lies about brushing and flossing and then surprises me with a cavity they knew they had. Would you rather have an honest but careless client? Or a client who pretends to take good care of their teeth and then acts surprised when their gums bleed?

What's a dental opinion that will have you like this? My least popular opinion (at least with my patients) is that brushing at night is more important than brushing in the morning if you can't bring yourself to do both. What about you?

I was wondering if you guys can take a look at my post root canal x-ray and see if there is an issue and I should seek a different endodontist for a 2nd opinion? I am worried my endodontist did not clean/fill properly till the apex of the root. I think there is an infection going on there at the root. I’m not medically licensed nor have the training, but I’ve researched online and I want to advocate for myself if it was not done properly and causes me more issues down the road🙏🏻

Does anyone in dentistry get PTO? I rarely hear of it. What about unpaid vacation? We can take unlimited days off, but I usually let the office know I will be out one month in advance if possible.
