My dream job is to work for Philips Oral Healthcare as an Inside Sales Representative (Sonicare/Zoom Whitening Rep). My clinical/sales experience and personality would be perfect for this role and I have a genuine belief in their products. It seems to be a highly sought after position, therefore impossible to get my foot in the door. Any advise on how to land an interview? I'm a Dental Hygienist with BS in Dental Hygiene. I’ve heard it’s important to include metrics on your resume. Being in Account Management do you see value and include campaign performance for projects you managed that were successful that your proud of on your resume?

I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard! Has anyone found anything that is legit work from home? Either remote treatment plan presenting or helping with scheduling? I really need something from home because my husband travels so much. I’m located outside of Chicago if that helps.
