It’s so hard to find a job as a CMA. I’ve been looking for a position since October 2025. I got my certification and diploma in January 2026. I’m so discouraged.

Why is it so difficult to find a job as a medical assistant during/after externship? I also have my phlebotomy certification. Every one wants experience, but no chances are given.
