My ionboard portal not working. Getting incorrect password error. I did reset but still same error. Looks like technical issue. What to do?

Went through HR discussion and salary discussion 10 days back. Initial required documents are sent from my side over mail to HR as they asked.
HR told they will proceed with the profile and will update back post getting the approval. After that no update yet and HR is not responding over mails/calls as usual.
