Went through HR discussion and salary discussion 10 days back. Initial required documents are sent from my side over mail to HR as they asked.
HR told they will proceed with the profile and will update back post getting the approval. After that no update yet and HR is not responding over mails/calls as usual.

Should I consider they are not proceeding? Any idea how many days it takes in general

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide.
