My joining date is on Nov 3rd today my offer became unconditional bgv successfully completed. So what are the next steps

I have rejected my other offers and accepted only Lloyds offer. My joining date is scheduled for Nov 3 early and I requested for Oct 27 joining. I haven’t received my unconditional offer and HR said team is currently working on 21st joining offers. Is there anything to worry or is it normal and can expect 2-3 days before ?

After accepting offer can we ask for good hike/counter offer, what is the maximum budget for software engineer.
Or it will impact negative.
YOE -7-9years.

I recently cleared Data Engineer roles at Lloyds Technology Centre and American Airlines (India team).
I have 5 years of experience in data engineering.
Lloyds offered ~80% hike, while American Airlines offered ~100% hike.
