Hi all, My joining is on Oct 27th. My BGC was initiated in the last week of Aug. I see the FADV status as 94% in progress. I didn't get the unconditional letter yet and my LWD is Oct 22. When can I expect the Unconditional offer? Do I need to worry? Thanks

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

The one on the right is correct, but slightly unsettling to see
