I have cleared 3 rounds f2f on same day also cleared behaviour round . After which i have got email to submit the documents for offer and then they started ghosting me. Eventually even when I am serving notice period they are not proceeding.
What i understand they Conduct Interviews and drives for namesake and eventually lot of things running behind backdoor entries.
How much time did it took for them to send an email after your 3 rounds? Could you please share some details. Its been a week since I finished my 3 rounds, still no email/call.
