I've noticed that sick leave (self/family), vacation and holidays don't reflect in the Snapshots tool, whereas casual leave does and impacts the hours covered. Has anyone else noticed this?

It's crazy. I got my rating from DL as Tier-2, but when checked on workday from someone with elevated access, it's showing Tier - 3. What is going on here? I am from KAC

When is the CRT outcome going to be updated for KAC folks? I heard that the BAC outcomes are expected to be updated today, so I was wondering if there’s any update on the timeline for KAC as well.

Is it some written rule that mid year promotees get 3 - tier rating only? Disappointed even after promotion during mid year appraisal.

Is getting a mid year promotion better than year end. I have heard for mid year promotees year end rating is capped at T3.
