This time they have completely messed up the numbers.
1. Very low hike for many even if there is room for increment in the band one is.
2. Inconsistent and low bonuses - not even 10% for tier 3 rating. God knows what criteria they are using to calculate.

It is a signal to leave guys, they are overburdened.

10% bonus was never for tier3. Never heard anyone get that much for tier3 in my 5 years here. We have always been paid less bonus even after having very good performance in terms of revenue and profits. I don’t think it will change.

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.
