If an associate is not promoted for 5-6 cycles, are they put on PIP and let go or do they continue for more cycles. Review is meets expectation every cycle.

DAA expected hike: reviews 2 ahead, 1 Well Ahead/ahead ? Would it be 18-20% ??? Or like 10-12%.
