I have an offer from Accenture (21.18 LPA Fixed + 5.72 LPA Variable Pay). Recently, I received an offer from EY with 28.01 LPA Fixed.
I plan to discuss a compensation revision with the Accenture HR by sharing my competing offer.
Has anyone gone through a similar negotiation with Accenture? How flexible are they with counteroffers, especially for experienced hires?
