Got a offer letter from tech Mahindra 18.5 LPA
Today Got a mail from Wipro for document submission after 2technical round
My question are...
1 How much hike should I ask from wipro
2. Which one I should join
Any other thing you want to advice
Capgemini , Tata Consultancy, Newco Wipro ,Accenture , Tech Mahindra ,Infosys .

Ask hr at wipro to give you atleast 10 percent more than tech m. Plus joining bonus. If you have less number of days in notice period then joining bonus would be very high.
I believe wipro is better than tech m, as it as more projects and client base.
Ask for 22 lpa atleast and some JB too. You are in lower salary bracket as compared to your yoe.
Yoe*3 is new standard in the market. This is all inclusive.
Manual or automation testing?
Answer the above questions as well if possible
Ask for Fixed component 22-25 LPA.
Wipro is better option as per me
Any idea in fix 24 how much will be in-hand
Approx 160-165 L post taxation.
You can do the in-hand calculation using ambition box to get approx value according to your salary breakdown

Yes, agreed. Sorry if I came out as arrogant and insensitive. Still, now the market is hot,those who were underpaid can work a little hard and get what they deserve
Wipro on anyday if you have to choose between techm and wipro.
You should be asking around 25 -30 CTC.
Fixed should be above 22 in any case.
