Persistent 22.4 LPA including 1.75 variable
Accolite - 21 LPA fixed
infogain 21 LPA fixed.

1.Accenture.(21.8+joining bonus)
2.Cognizant (27fix+70k variable)
3.Capgemini (25.8fix+2.58 variable)
