I have 60 days notice period.
When Hr calls me and ask I say it's 60 days np.
Then immediately hr says we are looking for an immediate joiner. And disconnects the call.
In that case how to deal?

The 90 day Notice period is pain while switching. It's like when joining you should join within a month and while leaving have to serve 90 days.
