I am java dev in EY with 6.3 years exp & looking for jobs in Delhi/ncr since Feb 2024 but due to LONGER notice period, I was not getting calls. Now going to get an offer from Impetus ,Gurgaon.

Current CTC: 18.5 Fix + 20% Var (22.17 LPA)

Offer yet to receive: 21 Fix 

BUT I will be getting the variable & yearly hike from EY in coming September end week. I am confused should I resign on the basis of this offer or should I wait till September & then look for jobs considering longer Notice period.

Anyone familiar with Amazon's Solution Architecture team. Sounds like pre-sales /architecture type work. inputs on work, culture, pay, etc. appreciated

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set.
