Hi Guyz, I am a 6 years exp Java dev. I have been looking for jobs since Jan 2024 but I was not getting any calls so I said HR that my NP is 30 days for interview prep & I got 2 offers in Feb 2024 : 24.5lpa fixed & 25 lpa fixed but the joining date was after 30 days.

After that I decided to apply for MNCs.Its been 5 months but not getting any opportunities due to 90 days NP. I am frustrated & do not want to resign without having any offer in hand. Pls suggest what to do

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
