Will I have to attach bills every month in order to claim?
I dont have vehicle to claim nor interested in other variables. Can’t I directly get this as fixed?

If I am unable to claim with bills, will I not get the money at all? Doesnt it become Variable? this feels cheated honestly forcing to get money only by additional claims
