Is there a hiring freeze in Adidas currently

Can you help explain why a team would be able to afford hiring an individual under PDM at a higher salary but unable to offer the same package under the Traditional route?

For context, I’m currently negotiating for a role and have expressed some of my concerns. My recruiter has been very helpful, but I’d like to better understand the reasoning before making my decision. The offer is $100k for PDM, but $85k max if brought on as Traditional.

I renegotiated my start date and it’s different from the date I signed on the offer letter. Do I need to request a revised offer letter or is the email thread with the recruiter sufficient. By the way, my background check is already in progress.

It's been two months I joined in virtusa and got assigned to jp Morgan client project and now after completing the first task manager is saying since they have budget constraints I have to change another project and give interview for that.
Why at the first place they hired for this project?

I have been offered from NTT data and a week ago they gave me a call to check if i can join early.. i said i am ok to join early if NTT is ready for buyout. They said they will come back on it and a day ago i can see that the recruiter has posted a job opening in naukri with the similer set of experience with what i have and i am little skeptical that will they revoke my offer. Another role just got posted that I think aligns better with my skill set and something I would definitely enjoy more. 

what should I do? I’m still in the running for the first job but it’s ridiculously slow due to the business team being small. Ideally I would like at least one of these two jobs
