Hi Folks,

Need suggestions on which one to choose:

1. NTT Data : 17 lpa fixed client is Goldman Sachs ( all client rounds done, 5 days wfo at client location).

2. Societe Generale: 18lpa fixed project is related to investment domain.( 3 days wfo)

4 years of experience,
Tech Stack : java , springboot, microservices.

Hi,
I got selected for reactJs developer role at Capgemini. In salary discussion call when HR asked me for my expectations, I asked her about the amount they are ready to offer. She quoted 10.5 LPA for 3 years of exp. So I said ok and then she told me that she needs management approval for this salary. Now after 20 days she has sent me an email saying the management didn't approve the salary and we can't go further.
What should I do?
