Now the HR keeps on delaying on giving me an update and neither picks the call nor replies on mails. Does this happen usually at Adidas?? Should I still hope for an offer or atleast a reply from HR? I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
