I might get an offer from Coforge, Greater Noida, for the position of Technical Analyst. I was wondering if I should join or not.

If a software engineer get promoted to senior software engineer how much percentage of hike do we get

What is the salary range for Band 5 in Coforge? Technical Architect designation?
