They mentioned that I will be released from the project on March 7th and advised me to start looking for both internal and external opportunities. If they ask me to resign after March 7th, I may not receive a notice period.

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
