I was on bench with more than 60 days. Then HR asked me to Voluntary resign as per bench policy.
In the pool period they have not given me chance as per my skill set.
Now as I am on notice period, now HR has setup again a meeting to release me early. They have not given me a single chance after my resignation. Can you pls suggest what to do? They r not giving me opportunity and forcing for early release.

People on bench , how are you spending your day/time? Please share some stuff so that it can help/motivate others like me.

Anyone in consulting and doing OE? Using bench time for J2+ seems like a good opportunity in this environment, considering it wouldn’t look out of place to remain on the bench for quite a while

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Azure would make sense since its the second largest in terms of market share, but GCP seems far more interesting and technically challenging with things like Kubernetes and BigQuery.
