B2 bench policy is changed,now there is no defined set of bench period for b2 band ,they can fire any time. Looks like wipro is planning silent layoffs.

Is it mandatory to come to office for 3 day during bench period, for B3.
The problem is office the there is only one odc for bench and it's too crowded.
