PwC India What's a better option?

Western Union at 16 LPA (14.5 fixed)
PWC India 16 LPA fixed(assume 10% variable on top of it)

Considering WU is a product based company but the in hand difference is around 15k :/ Western Union PwC India PwC EY Deloitte Deloitte USI Deloitte India
