What are the group’s thoughts on Jack Kerouac’s “On the Road?”

I’ve always had my students do Major Works Data Sheets for each novel we read, and I probably always will. But I’m wondering if there’s anything else out there that does the same thing but is shorter?

Does anyone else hate the new rubrics? I think they are terrible and dont give kids enough credit for what they do well.
