Does anyone else hate the new rubrics? I think they are terrible and dont give kids enough credit for what they do well.

I hated them at first, but I’m actually okay with them now. The only component I still get frustrated with, though, is the Thesis. They can still get a point for a “defensible” thesis even if they don’t actually defend it.

Newbie question: I’m looking to lose the last ~15 lbs and put on some lean muscle. Female, new to weightlifting. I’m getting a lot of conflicting advice online. Currently Im planning to eat in a deficit (CICO), and do a fully body routine focused on compound movements 3x a week. I already do cardio 3/4x per week. Is this ideal? Should I be lifting more? Im seeing some people say lift 6x a week and some say you need recovery days
