i made this post a few days ago (see screenshot)

yesterday, i had a 180-day check in with HR (i started 6 months ago) and it was with one that i’m closer to (i know HR isn’t your friend, i’m just saying we’re cool with each other), and something that i can’t remember came up which resulted in me mentioning i’m on a PIP. he was being very real about it, stating that a lot of times PIPs are meant for the person to just walk away themselves or they really just want to see improvement.
