Any tips to prevent bloating when traveling? Feel like my body becomes a gas production machine on the road. Sometimes I even have to deal with embarrassing (yet funny!) involuntary tummy noises.
How many rest days are too many? I see people on this bowl working out every day and I try to but it’s hard to have a good workout when I’m sore and tired from previous day 🥵

I get hungry every 2-3 hours but cannot eat a big meal at once. I try to snack on healthy foods between meals (fruit, yogurt). When having early dinner, I struggle to avoid eating at 9/10pm. Any tips?
Metabolic rate is ~1600. Burn 400 at gym most days. Is it reasonable to target eating 1200 calories a day? Should it be more or less to lose weight?
