Slept through 10:30am corepower yoga class. Walked 25 mins in the snow to a diff class. Though it was at 12:30, but it started at 12. So I missed it. Was told the next class was at 5pm. I killed time

I get hungry every 2-3 hours but cannot eat a big meal at once. I try to snack on healthy foods between meals (fruit, yogurt). When having early dinner, I struggle to avoid eating at 9/10pm. Any tips?
