I left BDO (was there 2 yrs)about 8 months ago for a small firm. I do not like it at all. I don’t have my CPA, yet. Should I move on or stick it out? I’m worried about being a job hopper.
BDO doesnt make their staff and seniors get email on their phones. Coming from Big 4, I’m finding it increasingly frustrating that these kids aren’t making themselves available. Am I just a jerk?
I left PwC and regret it. Now I have an offer from BDO for $10k above what I was making at PwC. Should I take it? Boomerang back? Go to another big 4? Just a bit lost.
