InHand Salary and Tax Calculation

Guys did any checked the EPF account recently. There seems be some serious flaws. The past work history and PF contribution is not reflecting. anyone came across with same experience?

Base salary= l675000 (incl pf of 80400), i used an online calculator it's showing me 1.03 and i calculated it to be 1.1
Can anyone please help me here to cross-check which one is correct
