My in-hand is around 166000 ( In-hand ) ( including 25k overtime every month ) ( Remote )
YOE : 8 years
Tech Stack : Tableau, SQL, Data Strategy, Data Integration, Data Modelling, Data Visualization.

I am looking for advice, that is it possible to move to a trajectory of 2.5 lakhs per month ( In-hand ) with my current tech stack and YOE.
If not what more do I need to pick up or learn to meet or come close to the 2.5 lakhs trajectory.

Any good recruiters in the Product / Program / Project management space in Dubai? Active on LinkedIn but aware many smaller companies don’t post there due to the costs. Adecco has been recommended and roles look the right fit.

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
